The TPS harvest continues with some potatoes grown from Tom Wagner’s seeds.  These are a variety of TPS named Hedge Rose.  The description from his website is “Round reds with either red or white flesh.”  This refers to what types of potatoes that you can expect to harvest when you plant these seeds.  Remember, it is impossible to predict the exact type (shape, color, size, yield etc…) of potato that will be produced from seed.  Keeping this fact in mind, I made sure to plant at least two of every seed variety for comparison.  The differences can be quite pronounced as you can see from the pictures below.
