The 2016 TPS harvest has begun with two different plants from Pig Knuckles TPS.  

These two sets of tubers were harvested from a Tom Wagner TPS variety called Pig Knuckles.  Both plants produced fingerling shaped tubers which had red skin and some color in the flesh.  The golden-pink fleshed tubers had a slightly higher yield, and I will be keeping some of these to grow again next year.  Potatoes with more intense colors in…
